What are the costs of membership
A deposit of $5,000 into the grower’s equity account is required for acceptance to probationary member status and will be held by the Co-Operative.
An additional 3% of sales will increase the equity account to a maximum level. All equity in the Co-Operative is returned to the grower upon retirement of membership.
All applications need Board of Director approval.
Approved applicants are subject to a 2 year probationary period before consideration as a full member with voting privileges and share in any patronage rebate or commission refunds.
All members must abide by the rules and regulations of the Co-Operative.
