I'm an artist because I've always felt 100% me with a pencil or paintbrush in my hand. Art is the only thing I have ever felt completely confident with. That's what I was best at as a kid. I got lot's of encouragement from teachers and friends. I continue to be an artist for similar reasons and for the freedom that an art career can bring. I could not imagine my life without art.

As a self taught artist I am constantly evolving with my work. I am continually working to develop my art, absorbing as much inspiration I can from books, music, movies, and from life experiences. Through my many years of sketching, painting and experimenting with new styles and techniques, I am striving to create a style all my own. With the passion I have, I need my art to really mean something, either to myself or to the admirer.
